Edge brought an innovative, integrated media, and creative strategy to sustain and strengthen a client relationship that was consistently successful in short and long form TV. LifeLock were seeking opportunities to further scale and grow profitable member acquisition. The Edge solution was to introduce a national, “full break” TV campaign — a format pioneered and perfected by Havas Edge. The results were remarkable: an 18% increase in premium members, and a 16% improvement in customer acquisition costs, due to a halo effect for short form TV media.

GrubHub came to Edge looking to extend their reach and establish relationships with new audiences. Facing aggressive competition in their category, they needed cost-efficient strategies to engage these new audiences. Hispanic Television is one example of a great opportunity to efficiently increase reach. The cost per App Download was 65% less than the English campaign, and as the US Hispanic campaign continued to scale, it also created a halo effect that drove performance on other channels.
